[Via Video Link] — Gilberto Rivera has a degree in industrial engineering from the Technological Institute of Chihuahua and works in administration for the the Department of Tourism for the State of Chihuahua, Mexico. He is the current director of the Chihuahua-based UFO research group GIFAE (Grupo de Investigación de Fenómenos Aeroespaciales). He organized the “Chihuahuan X-Files” Conference and the 1st International Congress of Ufology, attended by internationally-known UFO researchers.
Since 1996, Gilberto Rivera has been writing articles about UFOs for the journal “Year Zero.” He has also appeared on numerous television programs in Mexico and abroad. He hosts both a television cable program titled ” Enigma” and a radio show titled ” La Conexión No Terrestre” that is broadcast weekly.
